Since 2021, XXI Century International Education and Innovation Centre has been successfully integrating the “Leader in Me” programme into its educational environment through a partnership with FranklinCovey, a globally recognised company based in the United States.

To support the effective and sustainable implementation of the programme within the school community, our staff regularly participate in various training sessions. As part of this ongoing process, another “Leader in Me” training session was successfully held.

During the training, the core approaches and leadership principles of the “Leader in Me” programme were reviewed, while participants exchanged ideas and experiences on their application in the educational process. The session provided participants with an opportunity to explore new approaches to applying the programme’s principles more effectively in their daily activities.

At XXI Century International Education and Innovation Centre, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development remains one of the key priorities of our educational approach. We believe that investing in the continuous development of our staff helps create a stronger learning environment for students and enables them to realise their potential more fully.

Such training sessions conducted within the framework of the “Leader in Me” programme contribute to strengthening a school culture that supports the development of leadership, responsibility, collaboration, initiative and self-management skills among students.
