Since 2021, our Centre has been participating in the Leader in Me programme through its partnership with FranklinCovey (USA). This programme is designed to support the systematic development of students’ skills and competencies, preparing them to thrive in a modern, dynamic, and competitive world.

The Leader in Me approach is fully integrated into the curriculum and applied throughout the daily learning process, supporting students’ academic, social, and personal development.

We are proud that the XXI Century International Education and Innovation Centre is a Leader in Me School. Leader in Me is an evidence-based PK–12 (Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12) model developed in collaboration with educators to cultivate leadership and resilience in students, build a high-trust culture, and improve academic achievement.

This research-based approach empowers students to develop the skills and mindsets needed for success in school, higher education, and future careers. Through the programme, students learn to take initiative, act responsibly, work effectively with others, demonstrate leadership, and confidently pursue their goals in an ever-changing world.
