The training, titled “Emotional Regulation Skills”

On January 29, a valuable training session aimed at strengthening psychological well-being was organised for the staff of our school.

The training, titled “Emotional Regulation Skills”, was delivered by renowned psychologist and professional consultant Uzman Caner Aydın.

The main objective of the session was to equip participants with effective strategies to manage emotional challenges they face in both daily life and professional environments in a healthier and more constructive way.

During the training, participants gained in-depth, theory-based knowledge on sources of stress, emotional response cycles, self-awareness, and constructive approaches to managing emotions. The interactive format of the session, enriched with practical exercises, allowed participants to apply what they learned immediately.

Real-life examples shared by Caner Aydın, along with his expert advice and effective techniques, proved both educational and inspiring for attendees. Key topics highlighted during the session included enhancing emotional intelligence, developing self-regulation skills, building positive relationships at work, and preventing emotional burnout.

By the end of the session, participants were equipped with practical tools and strategies they could apply in both their personal and professional lives. Staff members expressed their satisfaction and emphasized the importance of organising such initiatives on a regular basis.

Trainings like these, focused on psychological support and professional development, are essential for strengthening team spirit, maintaining emotional well-being in the workplace, and unlocking individual potential.
