At the XXI Century International Education and Innovation Centre, medical and psychological support services operate to ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of students. These services help students develop in a healthy, safe, and supportive educational environment, realize their potential, and successfully adapt to school life.

The Psychological Support Service assists students in their personal development throughout all stages of the educational process, supports the preservation of their mental well-being, promotes age-appropriate development, and helps identify and nurture their interests and abilities. Psychologists monitor students’ emotional well-being, support their adaptation process, enhance motivation, and foster communication and social skills through both individual and group activities.

In cooperation with parents and teachers, appropriate recommendations are provided to support the holistic development of each student.

The Medical Service ensures daily monitoring of students’ general health condition upon their arrival at school, including temperature checks and initial health assessments. Throughout the school day, students who experience discomfort or health-related concerns are closely monitored. When necessary, first aid is provided, and parents are promptly informed about their child’s condition. In addition, educational and awareness-raising activities are conducted to promote healthy lifestyle habits, personal hygiene, and disease prevention.

The primary objective of the Medical and Psychological Support Services is to safeguard the physical and mental well-being of every student, create an environment in which students feel safe, comfortable, and valued, and support their academic and personal development.
