Since the 2025 academic year, our Centre has implemented the House System, an innovative approach that enriches the school environment both emotionally and socially. The system has been designed to foster a sense of unity, belonging, and leadership among students.

Four symbolic Houses:
Lions (Orange) – Courage
Eagles (Blue) – Vision
Tigers (Red) – Determination
Falcons (Green) – Resilience
bring students together through a shared team spirit that reflects their character strengths and inner qualities.
Unlike traditional models of competition, the House System is built on collaboration, mutual support, and the strengthening of social connections. Alongside achieving personal success, students learn to contribute to the growth and development of their teammates.
The House System is also fully integrated with the “7 Habits” philosophy that forms the foundation of the FranklinCovey Leader in Me programme. Principles such as being proactive, beginning with the end in mind, creating synergy, and thinking in terms of win-win relationships underpin daily activities and House meetings.
Through a variety of projects, events, competitions, and community initiatives, students contribute to their Houses while developing teamwork, leadership skills, and a strong sense of belonging.
